This dress has taken a special place in my wardrobe because it's been present at all those key moments during the transition from winter to spring/summer; daylight savings, first gelato, first shared bottle of sparkling rose, and first nights out without tights.

There's nothing quite like a dress that shares in many of our dear and special moments. Yours is certainly a beauty. It's hard (or, at least it is for me) to find dresses in such a lovely shade of green.
I see you're pretending to read North & South ;) A while back I picked up a copy of Cranford, but haven't delved into it yet. I seriously need to start reading Gaskell instead of only watching film adaptations. I think I blogged about that once...
